1. Access the Guidebook section to review the competition guidelines thoroughly.
  2. Proceed to the Required Files section to download the required files, including the Abstract Form, Registration Form, and Statement of Design Authenticity.
  3. Carefully complete all mandatory documents in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the General Guidebook.
  4. Complete the Submission Form located within the 'Register' menu.
  5. Rename each document following the specified format: University Name_Team's Name_Abstract Form / Registration Form / Statement of Design Authenticity. For instance, UGM_ISHIKAWA_Abstract Form.
  6. Compile all the necessary files into a compressed .zip format and upload them via the submission form.
  7. Confirm your submission by clicking 'Submit.'
  8. Congratulations! Your team's registration has been successfully processed.
